University Residential Accommodation
University accommodations are a popular option for international students going abroad for the for the first time. Living on-campus is the best way to mix with other students and make new friends and usually is surrounded by all the facilities you might need, like restaurants, shops, gym, laundry and 24h security service. You will be able to choose between single and double room, with on-suite or shared bathroom. Students wanting on-campus housing should apply as soon as they have made a final decision on where to study. Applying for student accommodation can be quite confusing due to the many choices available but your advisor will be able to guide you through this.
Homestay
Most international students enrolled in short-term courses or at privet schools will choose to live in a homestay with a local host family. The accommodation can have single or shared rooms and you will be guaranteed at list two meals a day. All host families must be reviewed by the school to ensure that they meet certain standards.

Off-campus Rental
Some students prefer to live in private accommodation as it allows them to decide who they would like to live with and where. It is very important to keep in mind that going with privet accommodation can be challenging at times. You might be asked by the rental agency to sign and pay a year in advance, and you might have to plan a trip to see the house and the neighbourhood. Usually, you can either decide to rent the entire flat and share it with friends or to move into a room in a sharing flat.
